        we will send you a copy of our Guide to Architectural Services \u2026 then meet with you + visit the building site <\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        you outline your project’s design objectives, budget, direction + timescale <\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        we’ll listen \/ write-up a project Design Brief + provide a written Fees Proposal <\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        you get to approve\/sign a copy before we make a start \u2026 invoices are payable at the completion of each stage <\/div>\n<\/li>\n

        we get creative \u2026 involving you as we progress \u2026 then technical \u2026 involve others ( i.e. surveyor \/ engineers \/ town planners \/ kitchen, interior or landscape designers ) as necessary \u2026 you get to approve each stage before we progress to the next <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
